The 2017 Road to Success Dinner was held on July 19, 2017. This was our sixth dinner which highlights scholarship awards for Ace Certified participants attending college/university. Additionally, the night functions as the Ace Reunion and allows the new participants to meet all those that came before them. Special thanks to Diversitified Trust for sponsoring the dinner and sponsoring a scholarship. Current eligibility requirements are that a participant must have been enrolled in programs at The First Tee of Middle Tennessee and completed all levels of Life Skills education, which culminates with Ace Certification. The following scholarship funds were awarded for the 2017-2018 academic year:

- Smothers Scholarship
- Graham Scholarship
- Diversified Trust Scholarship
- Schmidt Foundation Scholarship
In total, $54,050.00 were awarded to 23 college students. Freshmen were awarded $1,500.00. The average award for Sophomores was $2,500.00. The average award for Juniors was $3,285.00. The average award for seniors was $3,450.00. Listed below are the scholarship recipients:
